It is our policy to sell only brand new racquets direct from the factory. Should you wish to return your new racquet, you may receive a Joy Badminton Supply credit toward the purchase of another product(s) or a full refund.
However, WE CANNOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT RACQUETS, WHICH HAVE THE PLASTIC ON THE HANDLE MISSING, OR RACQUETS, WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR "TESTED".

Credit for shipping costs and string will only be given provided the order was in our error.

There is no re-stocking fee.

All the racquets have a one-year warranty.
